Questions about cost
Do I pay the 3.5% even if I don't get a load?
No. Our dispatch fee only applies when you get paid. If your truck doesn't move, neither does our fee. You only pay when a load is completed and settled.
Are there setup fees or monthly minimums?
None. No setup fee, no monthly minimum, no onboarding cost. You sign a dispatch agreement, meet your dispatcher, and we get to work. Nothing comes out of your pocket until loads are running.
Can I add ELD or accounting later?
Absolutely. Start with dispatch only and add services when you're ready. There's no pressure to bundle everything upfront — you scale as your operation grows.
Is the 3.5% on gross or net?
Gross load revenue — the rate on your rate confirmation before fuel surcharges or deductions. We keep it simple so there's no confusion on your settlement.
How does the ELD pricing work for a fleet?
It's $35 per active truck per month. If you have 3 trucks, that's $105/mo. No per-driver fees on top — just per truck.
What's the accounting $200 per truck cover?
Full monthly bookkeeping, payroll, IFTA, P&L, invoice management, and tax prep support. Everything a small fleet needs to stay on top of the numbers without hiring an in-house accountant.
